To ensure air handling plant & systems run at optimum efficiency, it is crucial that filters fitted to air handling units, fan coil units, over door heaters and other appliances are regularly inspected and replaced. Contaminated filters drastically reduce air flow, compromising performance and efficiency and can increase plant running costs. Continued operation of air plant with contaminated filtration will also lead to the contamination of ductwork systems and ultimately result in contaminated air delivered through terminals and grilles into the served areas.
